Will my physiotherapy session be covered by my insurance?
Many private insurance plans cover physiotherapy services. You do not need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment or receive treatment. However, coverage varies, so it’s always best to check with your provider.

Do I need a referral for physiotherapy?
No referral is required to consult a physiotherapist in Quebec.

Is the Health Coaching Program covered by insurance?
The Health Coaching Program is a coaching-based service integrating nutrition and kinesiology principles. Receipts are issued under “kinesiology / health coaching.”
