I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. I work with a wide range of clients — from orthopedic injuries and active adults to women navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
My approach blends hands-on treatment, movement, and education to support your healing, improve function, and guide you toward long-term health.

From elite soccer player to healthcare professional, my path has always been fueled by a love for movement and a commitment to helping others thrive.
I’ve worked both in the clinic and on the field, including as physiotherapist-in-chief for Montreal Royal, the city’s professional ultimate frisbee team, and for McGill University’s Redmen soccer team. Those years taught me the body’s true potential — and the importance of recovery, resilience, and intentional care.
Motherhood, however, shifted everything.
As a mom of two under two, my second pregnancy was an intense season. I was caring for a baby while pregnant, grieving a family loss, and navigating deep postpartum depletion. The fourth trimester was not what I expected — brain fog, exhaustion, weight gain, and emotions I couldn’t explain. I didn’t recognize myself, and I refused to let that version of me be the one my kids would grow up seeing.
So, I took my health into my own hands. Through movement, nutrition, education, and the right support, I rebuilt my energy, strength, and sense of self.
That experience reshaped the way I work with women today.
It inspired me to develop StrongBIRTHS — a postpartum recovery and fitness roadmap that blends science, empathy, and real-life support to guide women from early healing to full-body recovery, shaped by both my clinical experience and my own transformation.
I believe in a holistic, evidence-based approach that respects the individuality of every person I work with.
My goal is to empower you with tools and knowledge to support your body because no two bodies heal the same way — and your treatment plan should reflect that.
In my physiotherapy sessions, I combine manual therapy, exercise, and education to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore long-term balance.
Through my Health Coaching Program, I integrate personalized nutrition, functional movement, and ongoing support to help you regain energy, support hormonal balance, as well as feel grounded and capable in your body.
This blend of science, lived experience, and human connection guides the way I work — whether you’re healing from an injury, navigating pregnancy, or recovering postpartum.

Orthopedic Physiotherapy — Restore mobility, build strength, and returnn to your daily activities or sport with a treatment plan focused on lasting recovery and injury prevention.
Prenatal and Postpartum Physiotherapy — Specialized care to support the physical changes of pregnancy and the recovery that follows. This includes external pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, pain management, mobility work, and strength rebuilding — tailored to your stage and needs.
Health Coaching Program — A personalized 3-month coaching program integrating nutrition, functional movement, and ongoing support to help you rebuild energy, improve metabolic health, and enhance your overall well-being.
For postpartum mothers, this includes my StrongBIRTHS signature program — a complete recovery and fitness roadmap designed to address core issues, pain, and leaks while safely guiding you back to strength, sport, and everyday life.
