Initial Assessment
Includes an evaluation of your past and current medical history, a subjective questionnaire, a physical examination which will all conclude to a clinical impression and recommended treatment plan.
You will also be given a tailored treatment with manual therapy, soft tissus and pain management techniques, education as well as exercise prescription.
Ongoing Treatments
The frequency and prescribe timeframe can vary from one person to another. These sessions allows the physiotherapist to monitor your progress and therefore adjust the recovery plan like the treatment itself during your session, your home exercise program and the necessary education for safe progression and injury prevention.
Clothing
Wear comfortable and appropriate clothing in regards of the injured area (ex: shorts and t-shirt/camisole).

Before arriving to your first appointment, it is greatly appreciated to please read, fill out and sign the following documents that will be attached to your appointment notification email from GoRendezVous:
Consent Form and Cancellation Policy (which includes service clarifications and Quebec Law 25)
Medical Questionnaire (which includes a section to drop all diagnostic imaging reports and medical notes)
